Times Square – 4K LED Board
Around 50% of the LED surfaces at and around Times Square are fed by ~sedna presenter.
The Challenge
Brightly adorned with billboards and advertisements, Times Square is sometimes referred to as The Crossroads of the World. The clothing company H&M has 5 LED boards outside of their flagship store – one of them even in 4K resolution.
To display 4K content across the biggest video wall of H&M, one Mac Pro, running Presenter Player Pro, was used to drive the Barco LED controller. An additional Mac Pro is playing out to the smaller LED boards. All boards are managed inside a single project and can be played synchronized. The important thing for the customer was that the editors can preview the whole LED ensemble inside of Presenter Creator’s preview player.
