THE BODY SHOP – Flagship Store Berlin

The THE BODY SHOP flagship store on the Tauentzienstraße in Berlin is the first THE BODY SHOP store in Germany that has been provided with a ~sedna presenter digital signage setup.

The Challenge

Our partner, Goertz Medientechnik GmbH, took care of the installation of software and hardware, and also carries the technical support. Two 2×2 LCD walls with 46″ and 55″ displays respectively are used in the new store. The LCD wall behind the check-out is driven by Presenter Creator and its built-in Player, while the video wall at the entrance is fed with content by Presenter Player Standard. As a special feature, the video wall in the entrance area can be swung in front of the shop entrance to serve as outdoor advertisement.

Solution

  • 4 LG 46″ LCD displays with digital link

  • 4 LG 55″ LCD displays with digital link

  • Presenter Creator with embedded Player installed on a Mac mini behind the cashier

  • Presenter Player installed on a Mac mini at the store entrance

  • Changing content is easily done for both players without an additional Mac – The cashier Mac mini can be controlled by connecting a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard

  • 1 Mac mini with Creator as CMS and Player

  • 1 Mac mini with Player Gold 1
